               Nevgal park 

At a distance of 1 km from palampur provides  an  enchanting view of the dhauldhar range and neugal river .



Baijnath 

It has the famous temple of the pandavas .situated  at the banks of binwa river this temple of lord shiva is a fine example of ancient architecture .



Billing 

It is  20km  from palampur  and is an  intenational site for para –gliding tournament held every years .



Joginder nagar

It is about 49km away and from there it is the most thrilling trip  to barot through steep mountain ride in a trolley.



Sobha Singhs art Gallery 

It is situated  in andretta which  is a more 13km from here the famous English play wright nora Richards was so taken in  by the enchanting beauty of this place that she decided to settle down here for the  rest of her life .



Chamunda devi temple

It is at distance of 17km  the murmuring music  of baner river mingling with that of the ringning of bells and cganting of mantras provides a unique experience.




Chaugan

 A big ground with lush green grass carpet greets the eye as you enter the  town. It is a place for leisurely walks by  elders, fun &frolic for youngsters and a stage for cultural festivities.



Hari rai temple

An 11th century structure with bronze idol of chaturmurti the four armed Vishnu.



Sarol

Nice picnic spot with sheep breeding  center & land scaped gardens.



Laxmi Narayan temple

Subhash baoli 

Not for from the  gpo square is the spring of subhash baoli with panoramic  view of the snow –capped Mountain  (16 km)



Satdhara 

Sparkling spring close to the town rich in mica and other minerals are noted for their medicinal properties



Panjpulla 

Beyond satdhara is another pretty spot where the water from natural tank flows under .



Bakrota hills 

The bakrota mall a popular walking circuit around these hills has spectacular view of the mountains .



Kalatop(2,440mts)

An idyllic short trek of 10km takes you to a unique view of beas ravi and salty rivers on a clear day .



Bara pathar

Enrout to kalatop is the temple of bhulwani  mahta in the village anla(4km)
